Premises Inspection
Membership of the National Funeral Directors Association of Australia requires members to maintain appropriate standards in relation to their premises and vehicles.
This online self-submission inspection form enables members to provide photographic evidence demonstrating compliance with these requirements for each premises.
Please ensure that:
- The utmost respect for the families in your care is maintained at all times
- No images of deceased persons are uploaded
- Images submitted relate to a single premises only. Where multiple premises are to be submitted, a separate form must be completed for each address

The NFDA encourages peer review. This can be by fellow Funeral Director Members or Supplier members of our assocaition. If you are submitting this form on behalf of a fellow member, please ensure your position/relationship is noted in the form.
