Registration for the conference is now open to all members.

Alongside the usual meetings & papers on Thursday July 19 and Friday July 20th, this year sees the introduction of a Professional Development Training day and Industry Showcase on Saturday July 21st.

Professional Development Day & Industry Showcase

For the entire Death Care Industry

Melbourne July 21, 2018 – 8.30 am to 4.45 pm

($110 a head – catering cost only)

There will be a day of lectures and panel discussions relating to items of importance to the ‘death care industry’.

Speakers will look at items of: Greater Communication and more Professional Standards in the industry: Increased Educational and Professional Development opportunities; Demographics and Future Patterns of death and funerals; Technological Developments and new tools; Re-Engaging the Community in the Process of Saying Goodbye; and calls for new regulations for the industry.
